Schwarzsee

Well established in the heart of Kitzbühel, the Schwarzsee Golf Club defines the character of Austrian golf. A warm welcome awaits the visitor in the clubhouse, where the British professional and his team provide a friendly service. The opening nine are well wooded, with undulating fairways and closely guarded greens.

The largely level terrain lets you catch your breath in time for the more alpine countryside of the inward holes. Spectacular views of the legendary Hahnenkamm Mountain are all around as you negotiate the narrow fairways and approach shots, particularly on the final four. The par three sixteenth presents an exciting challenge with anything short disappearing into a rocky chasm, spanning the length of the hole.
